Hoy en día hay demasiadas personas que viven con exceso de equipaje que contamina sus vidas y les impide estar activos y vivos en el presente y disfrutar de una vida exitosa. Así es que, ya sea que hayas sido abusado verbalmente, físicamente o sexualmente, o que hayas sido víctima de un crimen, o que hayas crecido en una familia disfuncional, o sufrido la muerte de un ser querido, o que hayas atravesado un desastre económico o un divorcio, no te pierdas este evento especial para que Dios pueda sanar tus heridas y darte un nuevo comienzo.

No permitas que tu presente sea destruido por una mentalidad de agradar a los demás, o de evitar conflictos, o de buscar culpables, o un sentido de no ser digno de amor, o un espíritu de temor que te dice que no tendrás suficiente, o una actitud de condenación hacia ti mismo o hacia los demás. Ven el 10 de Septiembre a despojarte de los eventos de tu pasado que dieron a luz a esos patrones errados de conducta y en vez abrazar el futuro con gozo y con un espíritu victorioso.

Dios es un dios de nuevos comienzos y Él quiere que tú adoptes una forma nueva y fresca de vida para que Él pueda bendecirte y llevarte de victoria en victoria.

During his message, Serge will examine why it is critical for us to be powered by true love, by God's love. What makes us truly rich in life?  Money? Possessions? No. Loving relationships and connections to God and others. Love is what defines us and makes us happy.  We can have all the money in the world, but if we do not have loving relationshops (starting with our spouse, children and parents), then we are poor and leading a miserable life. Love is the only thing that is eternal and that will be left when we die: all other things will disappear. Why would we therefore want to be powered by anything else than the eternal force of love which overcomes everything?

We live in a world where temptation is all around us. Who has not been tempted at least once by materialism, laziness, self-centeredness, bitterness, sexual lust/pornography, envy, gluttony, lying, pride, or the desire to complain, give up, or to feel sorry about ourselves?

Temptations are part of everyday life, and in fact they are not bad per se. They become damaging to us when we succumb to them. And although it is impossible for us to resist all temptations (otherwise we would be without sin, which is not possible based on 1 John 1: 8 and Ecclesiastes 7:20), we can successfully fight 99.5% of them.

Should money be an important issue for Christians? Without a shadow of a doubt, yes! Why? Because God wants to bless us beyond what we can imagine. He wants the best for us. That's what love is all about.   

Think of Abraham and Lot, they had so much wealth than one day they could no longer live next to one another. (Genesis 13:5-6) What about Salomon? He is often described at the richest man that ever lived on the earth. (see 1 Kings 3:11-13 and 2 Chronicles 9:20-22) The truth is that God wants to bless us in every area of our lives, including the financial arena.

Most Christians view money as inherently evil; most of the time they do not even want to talk about it or ask God for it. However, there are over 1'000 passages in the Bible about money matters, which shows us that it is indeed an important topic for God. The Bible shows us that money is a tool and an important one that God uses to bless us and others. What we need to be careful with, is our relationship and attitude towards it, because this is what determines whether it becomes a blessing or a curse in our lives.

During this event, we will dispell some common myths about money and learn the Biblical principles that apply to it.  God has explicitly said throughout the Bible that He wants to give us wealth, not just enough for ourselves, but enough to be a blessing to others and society at large.

¿Debería ser el dinero un tema importante para los cristianos? Sin duda alguna: ¡si! ¿Por qué? Porque Dios nos quiere bendecir mucho más allá de lo que nos imaginamos. El quiere lo mejor para nosotros. Eso es lo que hace el amor.

La Biblia nos muestra que el dinero es una herramienta y de hecho una importante, por medio de la cual Dios nos bendice a nosotros y a los demás. En lo que tenemos que tener cuidado es en nuestra relación y actitud frente al mismo, porque estas son las que determinan si será una bendición o una maldición para nuestras vidas.

Durante este evento disiparemos algunos mitos comunes acerca del dinero y aprenderemos algunos principios bíblicos aplicables. A través de toda la Biblia, Dios nos dice explícitamente que El nos quiere dar prosperidad y no solamente lo justo para nosotros, sino suficiente para que seamos de bendición para los demás y la sociedad en general.
