Answers:

How do I volunteer at an event hosted by SRL Ministries?
Thank you for thinking of volunteering at one of our events. If there is one thing that is certain is that we need your help to make our events the best that they can be. Please send us an email at volunteers@SRLministries.org to let us know where you can help; remember to let us know the city(ies) where you would like to volunteer if we hold an event there. We will send you information on how you can help and when to show up.

How long does an SRL Ministries event last?
Each conference usually lasts about 2 hours and is filled with praise and worship music, encouragement words from a key member of SRL Ministries, sometimes special testimonies from people who went through tough trials successfully, and an inspiring message from Serge. There is no intermission.

Do you have childcare at your events?
No, we do not have childcare available at our events at this point in time.

Why do we have to register to attend some of your events?
The main reason you have to register is for planning purposes. It gives us an idea of the number of people who are seriously planning to attend our events. This knowledge is crucial in order for us to ensure that we have the right set up and logistics support for each one of our events. Indeed, preparing to welcome 1’000 people requires a lot more preparation work and volunteers-on-site than when we receive only 100 persons. For us, the number of people who participate in our events is not that important; however, maximizing their experience and ability to connect with God while they attend our events is of the highest importance to us. This is also why we need to have an idea of the number of people who will come to our events.

Can I participate in one of your events even if I did not register (or buy a ticket beforehand in the case of paid-events)?
Yes. All you will have to do is to show up in the case of non-paid events or to buy a ticket on the venue site for a paid event. We always build in some extra seat capacity (usually double the number of people who registered or bought a ticket) when we plan for an event in order to leave room for the work of the Holy Spirit who may send us a lot more people than envisioned by us.

This being said, we recommend that you register (or purchase your ticket online) as soon as you know that you will be coming to one of our events. That way, you won’t have to wait in a long line (as is often the case) to purchase your ticket(s) at the venue site or to get there well before the time our ticket office opens in order to ensure that you can get in.

It will also give you peace of mind and ensure that you have a great seat at the venue as seating is allocated on a first come, first served basis, except for the seats that are reserved for some of our guests.

What are Internet pre-sales?
Internet pre-sales give our members and partners exclusive online access to tickets before they go on sale to the general public!

I can't print my tickets. What can I do?
Please make sure you're using Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher. You can get it for free here. And if you're using Microsoft Internet Explorer, please make sure it's version 5.5 or higher. Still can't print? Tell us and someone from SRL Ministries will come to your rescue!

Why are there limits on how many tickets I can buy?
We impose a ticket limit per customer, credit card or address in order to provide ticket access to as many people as possible. Ticket limits vary depending on the type of event or the anticipated demand for tickets.

Each person can normally buy up to 7 tickets. However, for some events the limit is less, and for others it is more. Check the event information area of the purchase page for more information on ticket limits for your event. Please adhere to the published ticket limits. If we determine that a ticket limit has been exceeded, we may cancel an order, or part of an order, without notice, and may even cancel a ticket that has already been delivered, rendering it null and void without notice.

Do you handle refunds?
No. We do not issue refunds. If you purchased a ticket for one of our events and could not join us on the D-day, we regret, but we won’t be able to refund you. All our tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis.

How are cancellations, postponements and venue changes handled?
Occasionally, we may have to cancel an event at short notice. Should this occur, and if you already purchased your tickets online, then you may receive a refund or exchange for that event. Please note that convenience and order processing fees cannot be refunded.

What if I don't receive my tickets?
If you do not receive by email your tickets within 24 hours of having paid for them, email us immediately at events@SRLministries.org. Be prepared with the confirmation number for your account, or the purchasing credit card. A member of our staff will determine the nature of the problem, and if necessary issue you with new tickets. These new tickets will be marked as "Replacement" so that they are easily identifiable as the valid tickets.
